Are you having trouble receiving calls? If so, please check the following (below) prior to moving onto the checklist items:
- Is your caller dialing the correct number?
- Check the Sideline Service Status Page to see if there are any calling disruptions that may impact your ability to receive calls.
Once you have confirmed the information above - that your caller has dialed the correct number and there is no calling outage, you can begin to go through the checklist items below to determine the reasoning behind why you are not receiving incoming calls.
